NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
MUSKEGON CHARTER TOWNSHIP
TAKE NOTICE that the Township Board of Muskegon Charter Township, Muskegon County,
Michigan will hold a special meeting on June 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Township Hall, 1990
E. Apple Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49442. The purpose of the special meeting is to hold a closed
session to receive a written legal opinion subject to the attorney-client privilege, and to consider
any other Township business that may come before the Township Board.
This notice is posted in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and the Americans with
Disabilities Act. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services who are planning
to attend the meeting should notify the Township Clerk, Carrie Westbrook, at (231) 777-2555
within a reasonable time in advance of the meeting.
